These bowl-shaped pancakes are made from fermented rice flour and coconut milk, often enjoyed with a spicy sambal or curry. The combination of crispy edges and soft centers makes hoppers a delightful treat.

Next, we tried Kottu Roti , a must-have street food. Made by stir-frying chopped roti bread with vegetables, eggs, and your choice of meat, kottu roti is cooked on a large, flat iron griddle. Moving on, we tasted String Hoppers , delicate rice noodles steamed into flat discs, served with coconut sambal and curry. The soft texture and rich flavors were simply divine.
